Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused water filtration products in their original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the unit, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
